At Well Rooted Plants, we take pride in the quality and care of our products. Due to the nature of our live plants and unique items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.

If you have any concerns about your purchase, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We’re committed to ensuring you have a positive experience and will work with you to address any issues.

All event ticket sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds for event tickets, including cancellations or no-shows. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Please contact us in advance for assistance with transfers.
